OK, it doesn't get really funny until about halfway down, but some of this is interesting to a bi girl who hasn't had much anal, and some of it is fucking hilarious.

Only work safe if you can read conversations debating the virtues of eating menstrual blood vs. shit at work.

Day post

Got up. Had breakfast. Got to work. Had an asthma attack. Got better. Took a nap. Finished chapter. Socialized a little with dragon_spirit. Walked to Whole Foods. Chatted on the phone with my parents. Came home. Ate a delicious dinner with dragon_spirit. Socialized with her and Q. Got more work done. Got distracted. Now its late and I think it is time to sleep.

The conversation with my mother was very different. My father got on, and he babbled and I eventually pointedly asked for some time alone on the phone with my mother. She seemed kind of reserved... she didn't pull any of her usual shit. I'm guessing that she's either pissed at me about the not emailing thing, or realizes that I'm not putting up with her shit anymore. Either way, it was a pleasant change.

My brother apparently got hired full time by the place he'd been working at through a headhunter. That's cool.

I didn't get even the minimum of work I wanted to get done this weekend. I wanted to get 2-5 chapters done, and I got 1.25. Still, I think things will go MUCH faster now that I've moved on from the really esoteric E&M stuff. I hope. I also felt like my focus was much better today. But late is late, and I think it is time to go to sleep. After a few quick posts.

computer speakers

My computer speakers Suck.

Any recommendations of middle of the road computer speakers that will improve my quality of sound without putting a HUGE dent in my checkbook?

My current speakers cost me $10 at Office Max, so just about anything would be an improvement.
