dragon_spirit. Walked to Whole Foods. Chatted on the phone with my parents. Came home. Ate a delicious dinner with dragon_spirit. Socialized with her and Q. Got more work done. Got distracted. Now its late and I think it is time to sleep.
The conversation with my mother was very different. My father got on, and he babbled and I eventually pointedly asked for some time alone on the phone with my mother. She seemed kind of reserved... she didn't pull any of her usual shit. I'm guessing that she's either pissed at me about the not emailing thing, or realizes that I'm not putting up with her shit anymore. Either way, it was a pleasant change.
My brother apparently got hired full time by the place he'd been working at through a headhunter. That's cool.
I didn't get even the minimum of work I wanted to get done this weekend. I wanted to get 2-5 chapters done, and I got 1.25. Still, I think things will go MUCH faster now that I've moved on from the really esoteric E&M stuff. I hope. I also felt like my focus was much better today. But late is late, and I think it is time to go to sleep. After a few quick posts.
