How could I forget! I got called by my grandfather and my parents to say Happy Birthday. And by ewerbos. And my brother sent me a really nice warm email that wasn't short wishing me happy birthday.

They all gave me happy warm fuzzies---I mean, how cool is that? Especially the call from ewerbos. :)

The email from my brother makes me want to cry. I'm such a blithering mass of emotions when it comes to him. It's really pathetic. But he's the only real family I have in some ways. I can't be open with my parents. But I can be with him. He's both a blood relation and someone I can be honest to, relate to.
He's a fire dancer and raver and knows about my lifestyle and is cool with it.

That's good to hear; I'm really close to my brother too. He helped me get through high school when I couldn't turn to my parents, and was always there for me to talk to when I went to college. I just wish I had been able to help him more when he went through high school. But he finished, and is going to college now. yay!
