-She only wants a maximum of five people in it, which comes to an average of 550/person + all utilities(still doable for the quality of life this place would entail)
-the furnace is a gas furnace
-not all of the windows are new
-there is a separate kitchen, living room, and dining room, and a real foyer
-second floor has three bedrooms, all with closets, and a full bathroom with clawfoot tub. I believe two of these bedrooms have a door between them which can be opened up.
-third floor has two bedrooms, one with an armoire and one without (but she has a spare armoire that she'd be willing to put in it). It also has a Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and an exit to a balcony, which could be used as common space since she only wants five people in the house. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.
-intersection is Annette and Evelyn, which is in the block between Runnymede and High Park, Dundas and Bloor

House number 2, "unique" house

I have an appointment to see the first one at 7 p.m. tomorrow, and the second one at 8 p.m.

If I can find good company and crash space, I'll crash in the city and be available for hanging-out on Saturday morning as well (Dim Sum, maybe? Can I even eat dim sum?).
