I'm usually mister pessimist, but the windows look like they're new, and newly renovated + new fuel efficient furnace=lower heating than you might otherwise be looking at.
caveats : you're prolly a ways from comfortable transit. no matter how efficient, it's gonna be friggin pricey to heat that monstrosity in the winters.
But dang it's pretty.
Assume it'll avg to an extra 300$/month amortized over the year in fuel and expenses, and it's still easily doable with 4-5 people living there.
I'm not so sure... It's listed as being at Bloor and Runnymede. If that's relatively accurate, then its very well located regarding transit. But, to really know I'll have to get off my rump and give the lady a call.
Yeah, it shore is purdy. And, supposedly a six bedroom even with all those other rooms they list, and a huge huge backyard.
It's a Sprint Treo 600. It's CDMA. Telus refuses to activate it on their service because they are assholes. I hadn't contacted you about it because I assumed since Canadian companies probably won't activate it, that you won't want it, but you're still welcome to buy it off me.
Now, only 2 of those bedrooms have closets, from what the write-up says.
And they don't mention a living room, so I wonder whether one of those bedrooms was the living room at one point.
(I'm cautious because when I moved into Toronto, I looked at a "2-bedroom" apartment that was 2 rooms, plus bathroom + kitchen, so there would be no common space.)
