Food logging websites or software?
Jul. 26th, 2005 04:15 pmSo I've been trying to log my food intake, but the more I learn the more things I feel I need to be logging, and doing it manually is just ridiculous. So, I'm looking at possible alternatives; websites, software, etc.
http://www.nutritiondata.com looks like it might work well. My big concern is that it recognizes you by cookie, which expires once a year. I don't entirely understand the way cookies work, but is it possible to use this system without it being a security problem?
I'm also wondering if anyone has a website they use.
Health is about more factors than I can reasonably log by hand. For instance, omega-3 fatty oils are good for me, but... getting them over the course of a week and monitoring that is tough.
