I am well, in Vegas. Got to stop over in DC to have dinner with lariel which was great. Then the plane left an hour late, but arrived only half an hour late. yay!

Met up with eastbaygreg and Y to go to a Swinger party, which was a lot of fun. Mmm. Too bad the cute redhead didn't start hitting on me until it was time for me to go.

Today I slept in until 9 (noon my time) after going to sleep super early, and took my time getting up. I'll start "doing stuff" after lunch with my mother. :)

Out of curiosity, which hotel are you staying at? I find the contrast between the older hotels and the newer entertainment megaplexes to be quite interesting.

Currently at the Flamingo. Last time, I was at Ballys. And you're right, there is an interesting shift going on. The Stardust is about to get torn down and rebuilt from the ground up, for instance.

It's not exactly gentrification, but in some ways, its like that.
