I have shiny decorations for Saturday.

I still have not made my mind up about shower and wedding gifts. (*waves at bride and groom*)

I got Stuff done today, none of which had to do with my actual job, but most of which has been nibbling at my sense of well being for a while.

I had the long-awaited physical today.

According to the blood tests she did, I do not have a thyroid problem.
I'm currently being tested for PCOS, but she thinks that's unlikely because I am not as hirsute as most women who have PCOS.

I'm feeling pretty dis-satisfied. She seems to think that it is probably a cognitive problem, and seems to feel no motivation to try to diagnose me or get to the bottom of the problem. All of the investigation being done is at my behest.

Well, with one exception: she feels that I need to have a period, and so she has prescribed me some hormones. Beware world, for the PMS is on its way.

I don't know what I expect really. But, whatever it is, I'm not getting it.

I'm supposed to be cleaning up the house now. Instead I'm flirting with cute people online. Cute people are cute!

sometimes PCOS does the opposite and makes hair fall out and be more sparse everywhere. (Me.)

About 11 years ago, they wouldn't often diagnose with out the cysts on the ovaries, now they look more for the hormonal imbalance and the physical evidence of that then the cysts.
