I don't know how to answer this poll or the previous one.

I've been in a relationship that lasted more than 5 years but it's over now. Does that count as a 'yes' or a 'no' for the purposes of this poll?

My only primary relationship has lasted 4 years. The one that ended lasted 13.

I was 23 for the one that lasted 13 years, and 32 for the current primary relationship.

What are you trying to prove by these polls?

This one said "at the moment." The previous one used the present tense. Therefore, it was referring to CURRENT relationships.

I'm not trying to prove anything. I'm messing around. Because I feel like it. *shrug* If you don't like it, don't fill out the poll. (wow, that sounded snarky. I still think you rock and am not pissed; it was meant as a factual statement)

*puzzled look* It wasn't a matter of not liking it. It was a matter of not knowing how to answer it and wondering why you were asking for what you were.

And I was confused as to how to answer, because I *am* still married. Therefore, by legal definition I'm still having the longest relationship I've ever had. Emotionally? It's over. It's been difficult. But over.

I currently have a husband. But he's no longer my primary. That's weird to me, but true.

I'm not sure how this poll applies, exactly. I've had relationships that lasted that long, but the one I'm in is still young. (I answered this one instead of the other, obviously.)

As I said to hope above, this one says "at the moment" and the other was in the present tense. So, you filled it out correctly. :)

That was my first thought - this is more of a "how old are my LJ friends" poll, than it is a "how old are people not in relationships" poll.
