Note to self:

Things just aren't that hard. Called up some driving schools yesterday. Using a driving school will make this license thing go faster.

Went to the main SLAC web page. Paged down to the Working@SLAC webpage. Clicked on Medical. Called the phone number there. Made an appointment for 2 PM TODAY.

That wasn't that hard.

Hopefully the hives/rash/whatever-it-is will be diagnosable and the doctor will make them go away. And then no more itching! Yay!

Yay to no more itching!
Did you go swimming someplace recently? Perhaps its something in the water...

I hope your driving lessons go well. Do you have any experience at all?

No, I didn't. That's the odd thing... There are several things which could have triggered the reaction:
(1) I used the hotel soap a night to a day before. Normally, I assume I'm allergic to anything other than dove or ivory
(2) I was taking tylenol sinus medicine for my cold. Maybe I was allergic to this?
(3) I wore clothing that had been in storage without washing it. Perhaps there was something nasty in the dust.

Other than that, I honestly cannot think of a cause. :(

As for driving, I know how to drive except for highway driving. But I'm not good enough at it, imo, to pass the test. So I want to take driving lessons for the instruction and for the behind the wheel practice
