OK, I'm usually big into lj-cuts for memes, but this one is particularly interesting to me. Specifically, I'm interested to see how I tend to choose my friends based on these interests, and the differences between my friends list and[livejournal.com profile] northbard's, from whom I ganked this. I'll be interested to see other people's memes.

Oh, and it is in fact on crack. My friends are definitely not that normal.

Perhaps they mean "normal to the subset of humanity that possesses an LJ"?

Sadly, this is useless. I don't want to know the sheep, I want to know who the wackos are!

agreed. I was confused at the statement that the most interesting friends are the ones who share the most common interests - I was like "no, those are the most boring friends! they're the ones who are just like everyone else!"

Ah, so you do have sort of blue hair. Maybe someday you will walk into a room (like 569 Valencia bookstore!) and I will recognize you. (cf Dana)

Odd, my friends came out to 60.84%. Maybe normal is measuring in relation to yourself, ie how much variation there is between you and your friends.

I'm amused that, also in my results, amidst all the other geek things, "cats" shows up in the middle. In fact, in my listing, "cats" outranked "sex". Weirdos.

That's kind of amusing, actually... and mildly scary. =)
