Also, incoming! Only 3.5 more days until I show up in Hamilton. No specific plans yet, although I am contemplating the poly brunch on the 9th in Mississauga, and the Ethical Lovers meeting Wednesday the 12th.

Actually, its kinda crazy. If my Arisia schedule works out the way I think it will, I'll be in the country for two weeks, then gone a week at arisia. Then back for 2.5 weeks, then gone for 1.5 weeks at NASW and AAAS conferences. Then I'll have nothing to do March, and April will be spent doing lots of doctors appointments because my OHIP will finally kick in on the 5th. I'm hoping this schedule (2 weeks, then 2.5 weeks, then a month) will enable me to adjust to the parental units more gracefully. The month before my OHIP kicks in may be tough, but I'm hoping to tough out living with them in Hamilton through April so I can get most of my health problems addressed before I move to Toronto, probably in May or June. In the unlikely event that everything turns up roses and I love living with my parents, I may just stay with them until September, but I doubt it.

If you're thinking of the Ethical Lover's group in TO..oi. you may wanna give it a miss. Just saying. :)

That said, if you're going to be mobile, we're having a LoTR marathon on Saturday in TO at tormenta's place, which you could swing by if you'd like. End of January is the TOKink play party. private party with much play. and so forth, and so on..drop a line.
