Does Faxing increase job chances?
Dec. 26th, 2004 02:06 pmI'm about to apply for a job as editorial assistant at a small kid oriented publisher in Toronto. They are accepting cover letters and resumes via both email and fax. Anyone have an opinion on which medium is more effective/more likely to get me noticed and read?
They posted the job on Dec. 16 and applications are due January 10.
...
Stayed up late again last night. Stupid. But got lots more packing done. I'm awake now, but I kinda feel like I'm falling asleep. Rolling over and doing so again is so tempting... But I should shower, clean dishes, and do more packing. *sigh*

Email
Emails can tend to get overlooked or deleted, and because they ARE so convenient, more applicants do them. Plus there's the whole potential for formatting problems thing to worry about too.
