fucking illness.

Breathing should not be hard.

I sound like I'm breathing through a freaking whistle.

Also, one of my sinuses is sufficiently packed that chewing on that side of my mouth is difficult.

I would like to get better so that I can work out, socialize, and generally be active. But in my experience this kind of sickness is lingering and takes its own sweet time. Bah. Bah I say!

Or hot and sour soup. Works wonders for me, if I feel up to eating.

Take decongestant so it doesn't become a sinus infection!

On top of the food/drug recommendations -- a long steamy shower helps clear the gunk out, in my experience. And it's also just generally nice.
