To Form a Household

dragon_spirit and I are planning on moving out of the Moonbase.

Move Date: December 1st, February 1st, or other (relatively flexible)
Price Range: =< $600 each, unless utilities are included (right now we're paying for PG&E, garbage, water, and telephone)
Household size: 3-6 (larger == cheaper!)
Household rules: clothing optional, no drama queens, sex-positive, responsible, preferably good credit, perhaps others
Neighborhoods of interest: Hayes Valley, Lower Haight, Upper Haight, Western Addition, Duboce Triangle, USF/Panhandle, Inner inner Richmond
Pets: We like cats, but Dana is mildly allergic, so they may be a problem. dragon_spirit would like to have some pet rats

Just something to keep in mind from my house hunting days, people rarely move in the months of December and January as they don't want to mess up the xmas and new year parties. So if you don't find much do not be discouraged.
