housing fun/responses to moving decisions

danaeristo my friends: I will be responding to people's responses tonight and possibly tomorrow. It's been a busy but awesome time.
They emailed me in response to my ad saying I was bi poly pagan gamer geek goth bdsm type.
They are 3 musicians and a film student and a new person moving in, plus the room I was looking at (I think I counted that right).
Their location is 3rd and Balboa---two blocks from Golden Gate Park, *damn* close to the Haight but not too close...
The house is huge. The common area is nice and furnished and has a media station. They have DSL. The kitchen is big and modern, though not RECENTLY renovated. They have a backyard with garden.
The room is huge, overlooking the garden, and has an ensuite bathroom with shower stall (looks recently renovated).
$800/month.
They said that my ad was the coolest they saw on craigslist.
The start date is August 1st; someone cancelled on them at the last minute.
They said they had a few more people coming by that evening, and a few calls out that they hadn't gotten responses from.
We chatted for quite a while about physics and stuff. Explained BDSM in short to them and they thought that it was Cool.
Oh my goddess. I'm so twitchy. This place is perfect, too good to be true, even.
I want them to call me back! *crosses fingers* I'm expecting to hear from them sometime today or tomorrow. *bounce* this could be WAY cool
