By the end of tonight, I'll be done grading more than half of the final exams, and have written a chemistry exam. Tomorrow my Algebra II and chemistry classes sit for their exams; then all I have to do... ALL I have to do is grade the remaining tests, enter them into my spreadsheet, and record those grades onthe report cards.

Next week, I have to be at the school, but I'm basically there to babysit. And then I'm done.

In case any of you are wondering, writing contract still not done. I suck, or something. He still hasn't contacted me to nag me about this. woot, or something?

Last night emmett_the_sane and I made the mistake of going to India Garden on Folsom for dinner. I figured it was the Indian restaurant in my neighborhood so we'd give it a try. Big mistake. The food was bland (at least it didn't taste BAD), expensive (even for non-bland), and the service was slow.

Things are progressing well with both of my new love interests, I think. I got to know deedeebythebay much better over the weekend, and the more I get to know her the more respect I gain for her. I just wish I could come up with some brilliant idea that would fix their horrible problems. I was even forced, over the weekend, to lean on her. I don't think it scared her away, and I was impressed with her willingness and how well she handled the situation.

Meanwhile, I am now officially secondaries with emmett_the_sane. We had drama Sunday night... in the midst of it, I wasn't sure we could even be cuddly friends later, but I seem to have recovered from it remarkably fast. It seems to have been a momentary lapse in our growing involvement. It's still really weird, though, being involved with someone I saw so differently for so long. But damn, we're hot together. ;p

On a similar front, I've just emailed one of my lovers about maybe being something more than lovers. We'll see what he has to say...

The Indian garden place may simply have judged you not up for the spices if you didn't ask for it to be prepared that way; some of the staff have definite prejudices about how spicy folks can tolerate it. The Catboy's had to argue with them to give him his vindaloo the way he likes it... he had to mention the fact that his uncle is Indian and cooks before they'd believe him that he wanted it spicy.

There are hot spices and there are savoury spices. Good Indian food, in my opinion, has both. This had neither. My saag was essentially the flavour of cooked spinach. :(

It's pretty bizarre from my perspective, now you come to mention it! I've never had purpose to mask my emotions to that level before... and never knew that it would work so well. As soon as I dropped the walls... wow!

Oh... yes, we are hot together. And from what I can tell, it'll only get better with time. :)

It really sounds like you're pulling the romantic aspects of your life together again, and I'm quite delighted to be a part of that blossoming process, not to mention to have you become an important part of my life at last! *kiss*
