Compare! Light photoshopping provided by emmett_the_sane. If I do say so myself, the resemblance IS striking. If Emmett were to comment here in the morning with what edits he did (was it just the glasses and hair, or did he change anything else?), I'd be interested to hear about it.

What I did was simply to cut off all Gillian's hair (that sounds like a fun scene) and glasses and put them on you. Your head is a little rounder, hers a little taller, so I had to cut out a middle section of hair. And then I airbrushed out most of your hair, and duplicated the patterns of her hair onto yours where yours still needed to be due to the rounder shape of your head.

So the key points: eyes, lips, nose, chin, forehead, cheekbones: those are all yours still in the photoshopped version.
