Studio in San Francisco

So, I remember talking recently with folks who wanted to move to a studio but felt they couldn't afford it.

I just saw an ad at the bus stop for a large studio with full sized bath and kitchen at Fillmore and Geary (japantown, in other words) for $820/month.

Some other listings on craigslist are going for $800/month. That seems to be the bottom of the range for reasonable sized, true studios, but that's just glancing now.

So studio living is quite doable, as it turns out.

Some places in the Tenderloin have dropped as low as $700.
