danaerisBelieve it or not, Q and I have managed to live under the same roof for a year and a month without having the mandatory bitchfest about the administration back at the Institute.
We just had our bitchfest. God, am I pissed off. Yet I don't know if there's anything I can do about it from over here.

While you're in the dorms, you're also required to be on a meal plan, even if you're in the second-year dorms where you have a kitchenette. The meal plans, of course, provide you with nothing edible or remotely nutritious. Plus, after you add on even the cheapest meal plan, the per-square-foot cost of a dorm room is a little more than four times the cost of the apartment buildings across the street.
And that's only their most blatant gouge-the-students tactic. :-P
