Nifty braiding
I did a four plait braid in the shower today. Last time I did this (about a year ago, I'd guess), the braid wound up stumpy, but this time it is a reasonable length. If I could get used to doing this kind of braid I might convert simply because it does a more effective job of shortening the hair.
Now, I know that there's a way of braiding hair that uses four plaits and ends up with a sort of round/square shape as opposed to a round thing. Anyone know how to do that? (this part xposted to longhair)
Um...
Hmm, I'm getting cold sweat. Maybe I caught something. Time for sleep I suppose. I've been fighting off either really bad allergies, or a cold for a while now, but I also visited a sick but wonderful friend wednesday and may have caught whatever she's got.
Well, I don't want to miss school tomorrow, but if I have to it won't be a big deal -- the first two periods will be way too distracted by their impending debate, and the last two periods will be watching said debate. So tomorrow is basically a babysitting day. We'll have to see.
