Being a doofus, I just spent thirty minutes fucking around with the Avatar Builder. Of course, it doesn't seem to want to email my finished product to me.

And I'm kind of curious what other people will choose for me if I ask them to build me an avatar. So the website is here:

The usual method of getting one of those is to perform a screen-capture then tweak in your favorite graphics program. I don't think there's any way to get it e-mailed to you.
