So sometime today I expect there to be a huge delivery of bouquets to couples waiting in line at city hall.

Unfortunately, I have to go teach, which means I can drop by there around 11, and 3:30, but between 11 and 3:30 I'll be busy.

Now, if the market I'm pitching this to wants the article, odds are they would pay for a picture of a huge line of couples holding beautiful bouquets. Even better, a line of couples RECEIVING bouquets.

So. If you're competent with a camera, and have nothing else to do today, and don't mind dropping by city hall, ... if you should get pictures matching that description, I will connect you with whatever market I sell this to so you can sell the picture(s) to them.

No idea how much they'll pay. But. It's money and an excuse to go drop by city hall.

You don't need a great camera either because websites prefer to post low res photos and I expect this to end up on a website. The quality of the picture as you take it is more important.

I'm debating on whether to go down there today. I have stuff to do... but I haven't actually been down there at all yet!

There's a good chance I will. If I do, I'll bring the camera.

Hi! [livejournal.com profile] melimus pointed me in your direction because of the article you're wanting to write about the bouquets being sent to the SF City Hall, after I posted about sending out a couple today. *Part* (a very small, small part) of the reason I did it was because of a diversity initiative my corporate masters have implemented, that we, the employees, must participate in events which supposedly demonstrate our commitment to the principle of diversity and the community. The larger reason, though, is because it's something I believe in. :P

(Just in case, if you could screen this comment so my company can't find it, I'd appreciate it :)

If you would like to contact me to discuss it further for your article, please feel free to email me at tersa at livejournal.com.
