Woke up, and I could breathe through my nose quite thoroughly (although one of the nostrils is stopped up again as I type). Felt substantially less stuffed up overall than I've felt in days, not much of a sore throat. Yay.
So I had a lozenge as I got ready and started experiencing nausea. I spit out the lozenge, but there's still a lot of nausea. Sometimes drinking water makes it worse.
Now, I had an experience once where having a sore throat lozenge on an empty stomach made me throw up. So I'm hoping that's what this is. Because I feel fine, just nauseous and a teeny bit stuffed up.
I'm going to walk, slowly, to work, and when the nausea goes away, I'll have me some breakfast. *sigh* good health, where are you?
