Bush has declared Oct. 26-Nov.1 Protection from Pornography Week; I would like to instead proclaim it Celebrate Erotica Week, following sinboy's lead.

He suggests making next week Celebrate Erotica Week as opposed to the week Bush is using.

Clearly there should be a pr0n showing, but its a little late for this week. I'd like to see if there's any interest/if it would be feasible. Although I might provide my bedroom for a masturbation/sex room, the main socializing space would be a no masturbation-zone for maximum comfort, except where all attendees vote otherwise.

People could bring their laptops with lots of porn loaded on to show their favorite porn. People could use my digital camera to make their own porn! yay!

I went and read his little press release and noticed it seemed to say "pornography is bad because after all, we need to protect our children"
Is it just me, or is there a step in the middle there that is missing?

Well, he did talk about stepped-up DOJ programs to investigate child pr0n and rescue children involved.

So, while there's still almost no child pornography made in this country, he did at least make some kind of link in his reasoning.

He's still wrong, but at least there's an attempt. For W, that's pretty good.
