South Bay housing

Hey folks, I have a good friend who is looking for open-minded, kink friendly housemates or household to move in with in the South Bay. She can move at any time, and can stay where she is for a number of months but would rather move out asap. She's attending some sort of college in San Jose (don't remember the college name), so near San Jose is key.

She has a car and may have cats but maybe not. She would prefer $600 tops.

Please let me know if you know of anything in the next few months!

I live in the town next to san jose (santa clara) and in the end of aug will have a spare bedroom. feel free to point her my way. (yup kink friendly and all the rest look at profile)

I'll probably have a free room come September. Price (and existence) is going to depend on negotiations with landlord, but I expect more like $800-$900.
