Tuesday I walked approximately 9.3 KM over the course of 4 hours. There were breaks in there (to and from therapy, then to lunch and from there to the Harbourfront Centre and from there to Casey's for a snack and from there to MEC where I walked around and then from there all the way home).
Wednesday I walked about 3.7 KM in two bursts (from home to Harbourfront Centre, wandered around for a while and had dinner, and from there to Union Station, and from Dundas Subway to home).
I guess it shouldn't be surprising that my body is tired. I have to keep on telling myself, "No more naps. You've had enough of those!"
Not that fate wanted me to have naps. Earlier I tried to nap and got interrupted by no less than four phone calls. Later I was dozing off at the keyboard when my phone went off again. Wasn't meant to be, I suppose.
