Customer service rant

I hate the phone systems, especially the ones that talk to me and expect me to talk back. I hate the crappy excuse for customer service where they paste a response that is vaguely related to your email and shoot it off, all politely packaged with thank yous and niceties but not providing ANY useful information. WHY ARE YOU BOTHERING?!
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those customer service reps who gracefully and competently provide service when the customer aka me is already pissed off by other negative customer service experiences from earlier that day. Your patience and competence in the face of adversity is impressive and saintly.
