The last few days

Overall, things are going well. The reality of the situation is that I have things I need and money headed my way. Everything really should be fine. But in my head I've been on a roller coaster of anxiety and emotion, one day feeling great, the next day constantly anxious. It's interesting that I seem to have left depression behind for the most part. Anxiety, more and more, is my main problem. I wonder what that means?
