I just did the closest imitation of passing out I've ever done... I was using my laptop sitting on my bed, and put the laptop down and curled up without bothering to get under the covers or even close the laptop. Then I slept for ~ 2 hours.
Upon waking, I obsessively played with OKCupid.
Then I revisited The Gothic Sex Exchange, which is apparently still up. Many thanks to the author of the site!
Anyway, for those of you who haven't heard of it, the Gothic Sex Exchange is highly amusing, and a great way of expressing interest in someone you know in a safe manner (you can tell them "nice boots" and they will only receive the email if they have or ever "nice boot" you).
Sadly, there is a serious dirth of people on ALL of the dating websites I frequent who are from this area of Ontario AND are my kind of people. What's with that? I mean, its like all you people have LIVES and are too BUSY for time wasting memes such as OK Cupid and the GSE and the more serious Poly Matchmaker website.
*pout* Ah well. I'll have to continue my search for friendship, bootie, and love in meat space for now. And in the meantime, I think it is time to go back to sleep, since I suspect I am fighting off a cold.
