fur, felt, and working with leather
Oct. 24th, 2004 02:43 amI finally got the collar I've been drooling over for more than a year.
I'd like to line it with some kind of fur, leather, or felt using glue to protect my skin both from the tough leather and the metal rivets used to create it.
Anyone know what kind of glue can be used on belt leather?
Anyone know where a person can get ahold of relatively small fur skins, or soft leather or suede or somesuch?
Any suggestions for what to line it with? (I'd have to meet the fur swatch in person first to determine if I'm allergic)
( rant about academic honesty )
anyway, it is clearly bed time for me. night night.
