housing

I know a nifty household a block and a half from my place that is looking for a housemate NOW. Rent is currently $650, but may be lowered to $550 next month.

An update

1. kyocera phone soaked in water to remove salt from the salt water spilled on it and dried for several days. It is now working pretty well, though it has done some funky things. I can't help but wonder if a soak in pure distilled, ionized water would do even more good for it.
   
2. finished 1st Semester grading! Hallelujah!
   
3. had my first therapist appointment. Was pretty pleased with the therapist... although he isn't on the KAP page, he is kink aware, already knew what poly and BDSM was about. I was able to talk freely about D/s as it relates to my psychology and he didn't at any point have to ask me what a word meant. Woohoo! I get to see him every other week. He gave me a number of useful pointers and things to think about. Yay! He also made me feel very comfortable, to the point where I felt far more depressed before and after the appointment than during. Yeah, I'm having a bad day. They happen, even on meds.
   

I'm actually currently leaning towards donating the car to Jewish Family Services. A number of my students receive aid from them, and they have an LGBT outreach program.

Oh yes, and ghirardhelli's hot chocolate with irish cream is a goodness. :)
