out out, damn headache

I've had a weird come-and-go headache for three days now. Not bad enough to impare me (most of the time), it flares up and then goes down to a low throb. Normal acetaminophen didn't seem to make much of a difference.

Anyone have suggestions? This just isn't any fun. :(
