Tonight/favour/dinner

Peoples, I have a friend visiting from Boston for a Mac convention in Santa Clara. We are trying to make arrangements to have dinner together, but things are not looking very convenient now. Is there any chance that someone would be willing to pick me up from work, meet her in Santa Clara, have dinner with us, meet the wonderful and spiffy bluedaisy, and then either drive me home or to a convenient caltrain station?

In other news, I didn't buy the furniture. It wasn't big enough to fulfill all my furniture needs (small dresser, big dresser wasn't available after all, and the book case was small), and so wasn't a good deal/worthwhile.
I'll keep my eyes out on craigslist, I guess

Our current plan involves her taking light rail to Mountain View, getting there at 7:15. I would probably get there at 6:10, go chill in Dana Street Roasting Company, and then meet her at the station at 7:15. She is done with con stuff in Santa Clara at 6:30. I get out of work "whenever".

Secretary

OK. As planned, Unseelie and I are going to be at the Bridge Theatre at 7:30 PM to watch the fabulous and kinky BDSM movie, Secretary.

You should join us!

There are two ways this will happen. Either
(1) I will get a ride home from work from someone in the South Bay area who wants to come to the movie. Then we will all dinner mob sometime around 6:30 or 6:45, somewhere somewhat affordable and quick, and get to the theater around 7:20, in good time for the 7:30 showing.
(2) Failing that, I will meet everyone at the theatre at 7:15. That is, at 7:15 I will enter the theater. If you arrive after 7:15, go on in, and if you don't see me in the theatre, get some good seats, because I'm late. :)

Invite your friends. The point is to see this rather interesting/educational/sexy movie with a bunch of people who can relate to it. Yay!
