danaerisIronically, there is a kinkos on the opposite street corner from the place I interviewed at.
People were nifty. The test was easy. The interviews seemed to go as well as they could with my background. They are interviewing I'd guess about ten people this week and will get back to me Friday or Monday about the second round of interviews they are having next week. So it'll be at least two weeks before the process is through. I have four weeks of my internship left. Something something something?
Not only would I be an editor at large and work on product reviews, but I would also be helping with the Independent Game Festival (kinda like sundance but for games) and their annual game convention. Nifty!
Oh, at it pays in the high 30K range. w00t! I'm going to try to forget that the interview occurred now. Monday I will make a follow up call but until then it didn't happen!
Need food before I go to work. Need to not kill people.
I am almost done making my wings. They're pretty! Not as shiny as I wanted though. I might add another coat of iridescent-y stuff.
And I kinda need a skirty thing to wear with the nifty top I bought for the event Saturday. No idea when I'll have time to shop for one, alas. :(
Anyone have a cute brown or green skirt that might fit me they can lend me?
Also, anyone have large quantities of fake greenery, or green fabric, they can lend me for the weekend?
