Got woken up by people talking in the kitchen. Should have slept more, but... but... nifty people! Got up. Was a zombie for a while until food and drink changed it.
Made my wings for Beltaine. w00t! Still need to cover in fabric, decorate, and make straps to hold 'em on, but w00t!

dragon_spirit. Met up with ScionFey. Decided to have crepes at Crepe Express. Ran into digitalsidhe and feyandstrange. I wanted three things. Materials for my wing making, a leather jacket cheap, and clip on hair extensions that will make me look more freaky.
We walked to New York Apparel and worked our way down the street so that everyone could hit the places they needed. Naturally, I found an AMAZING jacket in the last place we looked--Aardvark.
The cropped kind of biker jacket, but on me it doesn't look so cropped; my waist just ends there. Contempo Casual. Looks brand new; leather hasn't been broken in yet. Leather is fairly good quality; already softer than most of the biker jackets I've seen people in. There is a slight flaw/discoloration on the back neck region, but it is hardly noticeable. It looks great on me!
And it was only $45.

After some other errands, we went and crashed for a nap and shower at my place. Then we got changed and headed to Funkenstein for their gathering. Many nifty people there. Had fun. w00t.
Now I will get ready for bed, meditate, and sleep. mmm, sleep.
