Vampire/Camarilla

I'm probably going to join the local Vampire/Camarilla folk... there's an SF game and an Oakland game which alternate fridays.

Anyone have suggestions about a character for me?

This is what one friend said:
I think you would make a good . . . Ventrue comes
most easily to mind. From there . . . maybe Toreador. Maybe a more
spiritual Gangrel. Maybe a particularly interesting non-looney-toon
Malkavian.

1. Be a Malkavian. The game needs more Malkavians played by good players.
2. Be a Ventrue. The game needs more Ventrue. However, be aware that the out-of-scene hierarchy is extensive and intense.
3. Be a Toreador. Just 'cause.
4. Be a Nosferatu. It's a roleplaying stretch, and I'm always happy to encourage those.

The few times I played Vampire, I had a lot of fun as a subtley deranged Malkavian. Of course, every game can use a few Nosferatu.
