I'm such an idiot.

I downloaded Opera and have been using it, except that it is a beta test version. Almost immediately, I started having Problems with all sorts of stuff. It was slower than IE, had serious issues with forms and formatting in forms, etc.

I just realized that these issues I've been having are all because of Opera, not the websites in question. I tried to download the previous stable release, but it is bassed in OS 9, not OS X. I think I'm going to stick with IE for a while until they stabilize this version, then download the OSX version of Opera.

If you don't like IE, I've been using mozzila, and its been about as good, plus has some nice customization features and doodads.

And if Mozilla isn't fast enough on your hardware (it can get to be a pig with all the mail, chat, and other extra features), try Chimera--it's a small lightweight browser for Mac based on the Gecko rendering engine used in Mozilla.
