I know I am not the first to discover this, but...

Sharp cheese with the highest quality of organic wildflower honey.

I've been eating a lot of low-quality fattening food lately; something like this reminds me that it is far better to have a little of something wonderful than a lot of something mediocre.

Yum. Which sharp cheese? (Have you had Keen's Cheddar from Neal's Yard?)

A medium-quality 2 year old cheddar. I'd love to get a higher quality sharp cheddar, or perhaps an asiago, and try it with this honey. The guy who 'farms' the honey sells it every year at the pagan festival I go to.

I meant to make it to Neal's Yard while I was in London -- it was quite high on the to-do list. But I was never in the area when it was open. Rotten timing, I suppose.
