Astrologers?

One of my coworkers is looking for astrologers to talk to for a science oriented article.
He comes from a physics background. He wants to talk to astrologers who do it the hardcore way, with serious charts and math and knowledge of astronomy. If said astrologer has speculative ideas about some kind of scientific basis for astrology working, even better, but not necessary.
If you know someone in Toronto (or even better, in the UK) who could do this, that would be great. Email me or comment with contact info here.
