She hides behind
silken locks
and ghosts that never lived
spun from the shadows
of her mind's fears

Yet neither can obscure
her divine humanity
embodying the truth
of femininity

She is a being
unto herself
unique
yet simultaneously
so close
to Plato's form
of Woman.

Avatar to Venus
Freya, or Hathor,
she bides, denying truth,
yet living:
as an embodiment
of Goddess.

When you say "Plato's form of woman" do you mean what he said in Republic regarding their stature and physical shape, strength and physical dimensions and role in society? If so Hmmm..I am a but baffled. I just checked the web and apparently he says something also about their role in a utopia and he has his own ideas about women?

That part is hard for me to decern meaning from.

I'm gonna presume it's form in the classical sense.
