Depo Provera is also used to reduce the libidos of psychiatric clients under conservatorship in state hospitals and other locked psych facilities. I first heard of the stuff when I was doing counseling work in such a hospital. It was given to those with a history of sexually assaultive behavior.

Vasectomy is really not a big deal. Anyone strong enough for parenthood is more than tough enough for two tiny injections and a little yank & snip.
