Moving post again

OTHER MOVING DAY: Sunday, August 20, 11-3

I will feed and/or libate my volunteers (your choice), and pay for any gas expenses you wish reimbursed.

If you plan to help out, please let me know:
(1) If you have a car
(2) What your availability will be
(3) If you are good with ropes (no, this is not something kinky!)

No volunteer is too weak, and the more people, the less work and the more quickly it gets done. Even a "weak" volunteer can help out by holding doors, stacking/organizing/taping boxes, fetching water, etc.

I know this is short notice, but as plans solidify it looks more and more likely that most of my stuff will be moved by the time Sunday is over, which may make the Sat. Aug. 26 moving day irrelevant.

And remember, kids...

I'm there! I can start earlier if you wish, but I have to turn the truck over to tocityguy in the early afternoon (I'll check timings with him)

Can tie all sorts of knots! May be able to bring along some various pieces of rope too if you need.

So, I hear you need gas money to go see your young 'un.

The following things need to happen for me and Arcadia, the sooner the better but no particular time limit:
From Hobbiton to Hamilton:
-1-2 large large carpets
-1 printer (this could go in my parents car at some point)

From Hamilton to Arcadia and the new place:
-two twin mattresses and frames (one for me, one for Arcadia)
-one small entertainment stand (could go in my parents' car at some point)

From Arcadia to the new apartment:
-one full sized couch

Also, from Bramptom to Arcadia:
-two armchairs (this could be done totally separately from all the rest of this moving around)

And MAYBE from Hobbiton to new apartment:
-full sized mattress and boxspring.

Mayhaps we could pay you some cashola in addition to gas costs in order to do this, solving our and your problems in one fell swoop?
