Survey-ey goodness

I am soliciting feedback on the design of this survey. I got sick of watching people discuss the Yahoo survey on the Toronto Poly list, which is poorly designed given the tool used; I've thought about doing this before so I decided to go ahead with it.

The goal of the survey is to get an idea of the demographics of poly folk in Toronto and possibly also elsewhere.

Should probobly add "religious/spiritual but" before the not x-tian

Should really have an unsure option thats not other (waves)
Question 6:
Should be "Tabletop RolePlaying games" as opposed to scrabble players and wargamers with your example list.
I personally would differentiate Nero style larpers from theatrical larpers, but thats just me.

I would differenciate between the "heavy boffers" and "not heavy boffers" emphasis if it was me.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Intersexed, Queer, Questioning, and Two-Spirited (2S is a native american thing)

However will this silence the incessant banter about it? I would hope so.

To me the survey was straight-forward and simple enough. There seemed to be a great divide between those that were part of a million interesting subcultures and those who were not who were complaining about the structure or correctness of it. BAH!

Was that too harsh? Again I cry BAH!
