I don't read everyone on my friends list, especially when I'm busy. But, there are people who read me who don't want to be removed, and I'd hate to remove someone who was enjoying the posts, who I don't mind reading my posts, but who I don't always have time to read.

You're a writer and you flubbed the pronouns in the question? Answered above as I believe you intended and here as written: of course I want you on my friends list. If I didn't, you wouldn't be there. You're on several of the reading lists and some of the less public permission lists too.
