danaerisSaturday night, I had a dream in which I'd gone to see a play that had John Barrowman -- the actor who plays Captain Jack Harkness in Dr. Who -- in it. In the dream, he had a two year old sister who looked remarkably like The Cute One who I ended up taking care of. In the dream, he turned out to be bisexual -- not gay -- and there was clear expressed interest in me. Prior to the play, an incredibly hot yet sadly predatorily monogamous woman was hitting on me. After the play, I couldn't find John, so I took the bus with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
velvetpage and The Cute One and John's sister. I was worried that I had no way of contacting John to let him know I had her and she was ok. But at one of the bus stops he popped on, kissed me on the hand, said he was glad she was in safe hands, and said he'd be back, then got back off the bus. velvetpage made comments about his hotness (which is verifiable).
Sadly, I never did get alone with John Barrowman in my dream. But given that that evening, we'd watched one episode of Dr. Who, and several of Firefly (where the attractive doctor is watching after his sister), I think the juxtaposition of the dream makes perfect sense! Yum!
Last night, my dream had undead zombie musketeer fauns which were fighting us with swords. It was funny and bizarre, rather than scary, luckily. Especially when we left the building with them chasing us, and tried to explain to the crowd outside that they should leave because the zombie musketeers were coming. One of the persons with me said, "Do they know that they're not just zombie musketeers, they're zombie fauns?" And someone else said, "You think they have trouble believing us NOW!"
The crowd poopood the zombie musketeers, not because they were zombies, but because this was the new world, and there were no musketeers in the new world. (of course, in my dream brain musketeers == the king's musketeers from France) I have no idea where this dream came from, FWIW.
My brain is bizarre, it really is. *hugs her brain*
