I can't believe this.

Dana turned us down.

After telling us yesterday that if we offered it to him, he would say yes, he has turned us down. That's NOT FAIR.

If anyone knows ANYONE looking for housing, please refer them to me! It's WAY too late to be in this situation! I think we'll be handing out flyers at Folsom or something.

I should be stressed. I think I'm just beyond caring or something. It doesn't seem real.

That really sucks. That is so not cool on so many levels.

If it were another 3-4 months down the road, I'd be up for it, but I'm not in a position to move to SF just yet. Timing sucks. Anyhow, if you're not already doing so I highly recommend the shotgun approach: A "room available" listing on craigslist if you don't already have on there, flyers on telephone poles in the area and near places that are likely to have the kind of people you want as housemates, continuing to ask friends if they know anyone who needs a place, etc. You might try posting something to sfbayarea too, since it's desparate, but you'd want to keep that sort of notice short. And, as always, a little magick never hurts, either.
