This year I will not be posting an April Fool's joke. Instead, I'll link for your amusement to last year's when I fooled several people into believing that I'd cut my hair. The irony is that I DID cut my hair in August 2004, and I DID do with it what I said I was going to in that post. I just didn't know I would in April. And yes, I still owe you all pictures of it (as well as my new corset). I'm bad; what can I say?

Reading all of the technology blogs today is pretty amusing. Lots of really bizarre, ridiculous, over the top gadgets are being announced, and I can't believe any of them at the moment simply because they are being announced today. I definitely recommend checking out Gizmodo for a good, geeky laugh.

I'm a relatively happy girl today. I finished my third knitting project, and plan to do one more from this book before I move on to experimentation with techniques not mentioned there. It's amazing how much knitting you can get done when you're commuting an hour each way and watching lots of tv.

More later on other topics, and eventually I will take pictures of these knitting projects and post them for your amusement.

Wow! I guess one really must carefully consider anything posted on April 1st. You had short hair the first time I met you and I've always marveled at your beautiful LJ icon. I hope I get to see the flogger you had made someday.
