Merry Gentry

A Stroke of Midnight, the next book in the Merry Gentry series, is out! You can read the first two chapters of the book, and see its cover, here. No sign currently of the next book, sadly.

Terre D'Ange

The first book of the Imriel Trilogy, Kushiel's Scion, is done and should be hitting the shelves sometime around June 2006. It's so far away! Meanwhile, Carey is hard at work on the second book. Yay, more Terre D'Ange goodness!

Harry Potter

I'm sure you've all already heard this, but Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is being released July 16th. Perfect --- I'll have MORE than enough time to finish the new Merry Gentry book before the new Harry Potter shows up!

A Song of Ice and Fire

A Feast for Crows, the next book in the series, is slated to come out on November 8! You can read a sample of it here.

The Tale of Five

This fabulous, poly, queer fantasy series by Diane Duane has been one book short for far too long. Unfortunately... there is no word on when it will be coming out. Well, actually, the website says it will be coming out in 2004, but obviously that isn't true.

I think that's all of the series I am waiting on. What are you waiting for?

I've been waiting since the early 1990s for it; don't hold your breath. Diane showed up in soc.women.lesbian-and-bi back in 1999, claiming that she was working to get it out Real Soon Now, and Meisha Merlin originally claimed that it would be out in 2002.

I think the Red Sox will win the world series before she finishes it. :-)

Actually, I heard A Feast for Crows was due out in July. That's gonna be a busy month.
