Accomplished this weekend...

Purchased two bras which actually fit me right
Purchased new winter coat from MEC that is warm enough for the winter here, and not falling apart at the seams. It is black.
Got cellphone (settled for the kyocera 7135, at the price of $350 CAD and a three year plan)
Bonded some more with the brother and met his housemates except for one
Saw Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, a truly Excellent stoner movie
Saw Ghost in the Shell 2, as difficult to follow as the first one
Met a whole bunch of nifty folk at tormenta and wolfram's place, and watched way too much Peter Jacksony goodness. Much thanks to northbard for inviting me to this nifty event, and for the hosts for welcoming me and letting me crash there afterwards.
Got to see the fabulous (and very sexy) outcastspice for the first time in about a year. Hummina hummina! :)
Sat next to my ex, lastmx, and didn't even know it.
Finished practicing knitting and attempted to start my first scarf. Stitching too tightly, and also part of it seems to have unravelled and I don't know how to fix it... so I may have to go back many rows. :(
Walked from their place to the Go Bus Station via the Eaton Center and Ryerson campus.
Revised my resume AGAIN.
Applied to my first Toronto job since arriving here. Yay! Here's hoping...
Finally bought my Arisia plane tickets: arriving the 19th shortly before 4 and leaving the 26th around noon.
Got an MSN ID, danaerism@hotmail.com, and caught up with the ex boyfriend over chat (fucking probability field has TOTALLY been messing with us)
STAYED UP TOO LATE

Bed time now. Tomorrow is another day, yes indeedy. nini!

That was my take on GitS2 as well. Sadly, with it being a Shirow story, and being directed by Mamoru, you're pretty much guarateed that it will look good and either be impossible to follow or actually just doesn't make sense... even in Japanese.
